About

Norisomatics is an evolving space where evidence-informed psychology, mindful movement, and contemplative practices come together to explore embodied awareness.

It is guided by a simple curiosity: What becomes possible when we slow down and allow our attention to shift?

Rather than offering quick fixes, I am interested in practices that cultivate awareness over time. Through movement, observation, and reflection, we can begin to notice patterns, shift perspective, and develop new ways of relating to ourselves and the world around us.

I am currently training in the Alexander Technique and expanding my training in Zhineng Qigong while completing my MSc in Psychology, where my dissertation explores the intersection of positive psychology and somatic movement. I see these disciplines as complementary ways of exploring wellbeing, learning, and human flourishing.

Thank you for being here. I hope this space offers ideas, practices, and reflections that invite you to pause, observe, and move with greater awareness.
