My path to creating Norisomatic was shaped by a period of intense personal change. Navigating the births of my two sons alongside the onset of chronic illness—adult-onset asthma—led me into a journey of deep reflection. It was this challenge that first brought me to Qigong, as I searched for a way to support my body and regain my footing.
